Petition for a live action Legend of Zelda movie

After seeing the fake trailer for Legend of Zelda, the movie, I was absolutely heartbroken that it was fake. I was impressed, though! I was thinking, maybe if we started a petition, we could get IGN to make one! It would be awesome! Who agrees?

Also, who should play who? I personally nominate the one and only Johnny Depp or even Alan Rickman to play Ganon/Ganondorf, mabye even Jeremy Irons. As for Link, I would almost nominate Matthew Lillard of the Scooby Doo movies (he plays Shaggy. lol), but to be honest I would choose Landon Liboiron from Degrassi the Next Generation- Link has to have a really expressive face! J.R. Killgrew did an excellent job as Link in the trailer... but he's not exactly eye candy. And Zelda? I would suggest Elizabeth Blackmoore, who played in the show Legend of the Seeker. What about background characters such as Malon, or the Bombers? Should Link have any speaking lines? Would it be awkward if he didn't have any? Also, director. I would definitely watch a LoZ movie directed by Peter Jackson, Tim Burton, or James Cameron! Also, which of the games should be adapted into movies? All of them? Ocarina of Time? Twilight Princess? Should any characters be cut out? Should there be more than one movie? Feedback please!

Live action Zelda would be interesting, but how boring would it be to have to sit and watch him battle through a thousand dungeons? xD

I would love to see it made into a action move. I love Legend of Zelda. It would rock. I watch a bunch of game/anime live action trailers and it makes me want to see them more. I would like it to be made from either Twilight Princess, Majora's Mask, or Ocarina of Time.

I think it should be broken into parts. Yes the prank is from 2009, and Arah, I agree. There actually was one in the works but it was over three hours long by the time they got to the Fire Temple. (I'm assuming this is the Child Link timeline) I think they should animate Wind Waker and all those, and make Ocarina of Time, Majora's Mask, and Twilight Princess into live actions or CGIs. Mixture of both for Twilight Princess? (Midna...) Also, the trailer was a little weird for me. It was a mix of OoT and TP, and that doesn't make much sense, since they take place exactly one hundred years apart. (Ganondorf says at the end of OoT that he will destroy Link's decendants in 100 years or something of the sort)

Skyward Sword is the most cinematic one... I'd say it has to be either Skyward Sword or Twilight Princess for a live action movie. The others wouldn't work so well.
Of course, that is if a movie was made. Which I hope it won't be. Video game movies are terrible almost 100% of the time.

Like Final Fantasy: Advent Children?

Or Maybe make it a series.

Think they should CGI it all and make it into a Cartoon Network series?
