In light of recent developments (rebellions in Arcadia, or glorious capital), the government has decided to once again re-launch the Grand Arcadia Tournament in around a week in order to appease the various factions. Man, everyone, 3150 will be a momentous year indeed.
UpandOut15, the technical coordinator, kindly wishes to remind you about the tournament rules:

Once we reach the appointed number of contestants (10 spots are open), there will first be preliminary rounds against NPC's, to test your mettle. Then we move on to rounds where the various contestants fight each other, the weakest performer being eliminated. Commemorative parties will be hosted between each major rounds. We wish to remind you that these parties are compulsory.
To make sure we'll all have fun, if only one or two characters are online at the same time as the Tournament Director, they can choose to engage in a mini-tournament mode, where the applicants can compete against NPC's in order to win tips and prizes. Each character starts at Level 1, (Lv for short), and levels up by one level each time he or she defeats 5 other challengers, NPC's or not. The level of a contestant affects his or her physical strength. Level 100 is the maximum.
Note: I wish to remind you all contestants must start at Lv 1, only the Tournament Director starts out at Lv 30. You may challenge me if you feel up to the task, eventually. Massive prizes are in store for the winner.

Each contestant will have a power bar, sort of like a car speed meter, from 0 to 100, with a tack every 5. A contestant can tap into this power bar, and the higher the contestant taps into it, the more power he or she obtains for a short while.
BE FOREWARNED: you can only access a certain amount of energy depending on how high your level is. For example, a Lv 1 contestant can only access up to 5 in the power bar. Also, the more power you use, the more you run the risk of going crazed with it and bursting into flames. The critical power level is around 70, so use with caution. Also, no matter how much extra boost you use, you will suffer a withdrawal afterwards, and be weak mentally and physically.

- No Godmodding, I'm afraid the Tournament Director is the only one allowed for management reasons. The Arcadian Government insists strongly on this, and will come down strongly on offenders. Punishments includes hefty fines and bans.
- No sex scenes, remember, the people are watching constantly. Let's not scare them, shall we? Other than that, everything is allowed.
- Gore is fine
- No killing others without permission. The only deaths will be in the tournaments, and those will be fairly decided.
