Eagle Crest Hallows

Indigo

I huff a sigh and stand, shaking my fur out. The clothes I had been in are still around me, leaving me a little top heavy. Something happens again and I fall forward, my face flattened on the floor. Groaning, I push myself up and find I'm still covered. I look around, a little embarrassed, and shrink back into the corner.

Rayah

I hear someone fall and my eyes burst open. I roll on my back so I'm facing Jace. "What was that?" I asked, yawning.

Indigo

Master glances at me, flashing a smile and shaking his head, before telling Mistress it was me.

Rayah

I nod, rubbing my eyes. The kids start crying again and I sigh, sitting up and grabbing them in my arms.

Looks like I won't be getting any sleep for the next year...

Indigo

Master sighs and takes the Little Masters from her, pulling her to lay back down. He whistles and my ears perk up, leaning forward. He nods for me to come over and I somehow shift back into a puppy, trotting over and bounding up to Mistress' lap. The clothes still hang off of me, my original form smaller than my other.

Rayah

I look at Jace, "No, You don't need to do that." I say, reaching for them.

Indigo

Master shakes his head at Mistress, not letting her take the Little Masters, and smiles playfully.

"Sleep," He orders.

His eyes connect with mine and I nuzzle her arm with my snout, pushing her back against him like he wanted.

Rayah


I shake my head, not laying back down. "No, Jace." I say, reaching for them again, smiling back.

Indigo

I growl, pouncing on her arm to get her to do as Master asks, and smile inside as Master does, teasing her.

"You can," He says, "when you lay down."

Rayah

Indigo pounces on my arm and I shake it out, "Ouch, That hurt." I say, looking at the claw marks. I sigh and lay down, "Gimme." I say, reaching up again with a smile.

Indigo

I notice the claw marks and look down at my paws, wondering when they had gotten so sharp. Master hands Mistress one of the Little Masters, keeping her laying down by teasing her with the other. I whine and sit back, licking the claw marks once before jumping up and bounding off to sniff the strangers.

Rayah

I hold one of them in my arms. "Gimme," I say again, reaching for the other. He doesn't let me and I sit up, Reaching for the other again smiling playfully.

Indigo

Dark Man smells funny...

Master smiles playfully back and shakes his head at her, holding the Little Master in his arms out of her reach.

"I wanna hold one too," He whines.

Rayah

"You don't even remember them." I say, chuckling and refusing to lay back down, letting out a yawn.

Indigo

He looks at her, losing his smile.

"I do," He says, "I remembered when you left them with me."

He glances away, the hurt returning for another reason. I turn to the Dark Girl and sniff her shoe, it reeking of the dead.

Yuck.
