So, there's this abnormal town where everyone is assigned a job when they're in elementary school that they must perform for the rest of their lives. Everyone takes this "highly scientific multiple choice test" and pretty much has their fates sealed. The children all line up, and a woman hands out their cards in alphabetical order. Pretty much every year, something goes wrong with this, because the entire process is controlled by a senile old woman, and the cards are often mixed up. This leads to the majority of people being miscast for their roles.
