Right now I'm thinking of everyone going after the hope that Thomas Cortwell is alive, their suspicions somehow being confirmed, and then him helpig them restore the cort gangs to what they used to be.

I don't think I did. I think he was always just "the Captain". And right now where I'm thinking of going with this is having everyone hunt down Oscar, and he gives them a hint to where Thomas Cortwell is. And then they all sneak around an old underground bar type thing and find out enough to confirm he's alive.
