Blaze-
Blaze walked into the school, wearing his dark-grey hoodie, his shoulders slumped, his red-brown hair falling in his face. He looked around and saw a lot of nervous-looking kids. They all looked like freaks. No wonder Blaze's parents thought it would be a good idea to send him here. A girl came up to him.
"Excuse me could you help me find a classroom I'm rather lost," she said.
"How should I know, I just got here too," Blaze snapped.
"Attention all students and staff!" someone calls over the intercom, "once you have signed in and gone through the infirmary, please head to you classrooms!" There was something about that voice Blaze hated immediately; so cockily bossy that Blaze's first instinct was to walk right out of the school. Instead, he clenched his fists, pushed past the girl, and signed in.

I walk through the doors, the announcement blaring through the halls as the door shuts behind me. Rolling my eyes, I step up to the sign in table, ignoring everything going on around me. A girl asks a boy if she can help him and he just pushes her off, stepping beside me at the table. Something tells me we'd be seeing a lot of each other, so I kept my mouth shut to stay on his good side.

Sorry if this is too short. If it is, tell me and I'll see what I can do. :)

The girl signing in next to me shoots me a look, which I ignore. I head to the room the secretary tells me to head to, my black boots thumping down the hall to Room 5. The teacher isn't in the room, so I sit down in the rolling, teacher-chair, putting my feet up on the teacher's desk and crossing my arms.

Room 5...
I walk into the room only to find the same guy in the teacher's chair. Rolling my eyes, I sit in the back row and look anywhere but at him.

"You aren't the teacher, right?" I ask, thinking death would be better than having him as a teacher.

"You aren't the teacher, right?" the girl asks, sounding horrified at the thought. Blaze gives a cold laugh in reply.
"Yeah, right," Blaze says sarcastically, "looks like our teacher ditched us though."

Thank god.
I sigh and look at him.
"What's your name then?" I ask. "Since we're gonna be classmates."

The girl lets out a sigh of relief and asks my name.
"Blaze," I say, "what about you? Something girly like Mary or Lucy, right?"

"Nope." I say, moving the desk in front of me so I could lay on top of the two combined. "Adora, actually. Nice to meet you, Blaze, even if you appear to be a complete jerk."
I am tempted to take back the last part, but leave it, smiling as I lay down.

Carnelian Blake - fire teacher

"....a complete jerk."

"Nice to meet you too, Adorable," another voice says, "even if you seem to be a total princess."

I paused at the door, my hand already around the knob. Oh, great, I guess the dream of having sweet and perfect student was gone now. I sighed deeply and thrust open the door, a smile planted on my face.

"Hello guys," I said softly.

Two heads turned to stare at me. If I wasn't taller than them, I would have felt like a prey being cornered by the predator. What fun this class would be.

I walked briskly to my already occupied desk and cleared my throat pointedly. The guy reluctantly walked away to claim another desk, next to the girl.

I beamed at them and said, "I'm Ms. Blake. Just Blake is okay too."

I smile and shake my head at him.
"I'm no princess." I say. "I do get what I want though. And It's Adora, Prince Charming."
The teacher walks in and I sit up. Blaze comes to sit at the desk beside me and I get off the top of the two in front of me.
"I'm Ms. Blake. Just Blake is okay too." The teacher smiles.

"And it's Adora, Prince Charming," Adora says, and Blaze decides to ignore the sarcasm in her voice.
"So you have a crush on me then," Blaze teased. The teacher marched into the room, a fake smile plastered on her face, looking like she was marching into a combat zone. Blaze moves to a seat a few chairs away from Adora, putting his feet up on that desk.

"Do not!" I turn to Blaze, almost offended that he said that.
Though, as I take a second look at him, he's not that bad looking. If only his jerky self wasn't such a turn off...

"Do not!" Adora bursts at Blaze's comment, disgusted at the thought. Blaze clenches his fists, grinding his teeth. This chick was rubbing him the wrong way. It was going to be a tough class.
"So, Miss Teacher Person," Blaze asked, "what're we gonna be doing, and which parts can I sleep through?"

Carnelian Blake - fire teacher

I bit my lips together and plaster another smile on my face. I even opened my mouth to speak, when I let out a sigh.

"Ok, you know what? I'll cut the crap. I know you guys think this is a waste of time, but its important. Don't listen if you will, but don't run to me when, not if, you get a fatal burn."

The guy raised an eyebrow, but said nothing.

"So, lets start over," I say, "You guys can call me Blake and what about your names?"
