Hi! This is Alfred Symon for a Kudos Revue! For more information in for the reviews I give, pay a visit to my Critic Clinic; the link's below in my signature :)

So, Charmant, a drawing for a friend eh, well that's a good, a noble reason for sketching up a masterpiece. I also like the concept of the drawing. It seems to be in realism. It's simple scene depict something true-to-life or have happened to one before. Very personal.

The artwork is also done very well. No apparent smudges, fortunately. It was clean and clear, an enchantment to the eyes. The only thing I noticed is the hardness. It is clean, but it was drawn very lightly. This technique is good for making better, more realistic images, but it's quite hard to see now that you've published it. Try to harden the sketches more to develop a more visible image :)

Hey :D I think it's awesome you decided to post some art in the forums :) There's tons of great artists on this site and I'm sure you'll find that they're all great reviewers too ^_^

I really like this drawing! My eyes were immediately drawn to the girl on the left. Her face is very pretty. You gave her a nice expression and I like the way you draw hair :) Everything seems to be proportioned well, but if I was to pick at one thing it would be the top of her head. I think the hair bunches up a little at the top and makes her head look too oblong.

For the girl on the right, I like her hair too! Maybe the bangs could be a bit fuller, cover more of the forehead. I'd like to see them reach eyebrow length like the other girl. The eyes are well drawn, but I think they are a tad too far apart. If you would scoot them together a little it would look more realistic. They say each eye is supposed to be an eye's length apart.

These area both very nice drawings! Both of them might be improved if you went a little bolder on your shading. Make the outline a little darker and try to experiment with subtle shading for the facial area. A bit of shadow under the bangs, under the neck, or around the nose could make the drawing look more realistic.

I hope this helped! Message me anytime if you have any questions or want another review :)

Thank you for taking a look at my drawing c: I don't have a scanner and my camera takes the worst photos, so that might have made the image unclear. But I get your point! I'll keep this in mind when I draw again.

Hello, Black. I appreciate that you took time to look at my drawing and give me critique. What you said, about the eyes being apart by an eye's length, I have never heard of that before! Thanks for that awesome tip. And yes, I'm practicing my shading right now ahaha. By the way, everything helped! Thanks again c:

I like this a lot!
I like the person on the right the best, well done. But the person on the left, her face either looks to long or to big for me. I like her hair a lot though!

Nice job! Keep it up!
