Ok, so, first of all, this is open to anyone and everyone. Just read this post, and one or two last posts before you enter. After that, have fun. There is no profile, so just let us know about yourself in your post. Anything important we'll find out, if not, it isn't important. Ok,here is how your story begins:

You're sitting in your room or at a coffee shop or some table or desk or at school... anyway, you're sitting wherever you may be, messing around on YWS. You have some homework to do, but decide to do a few quick reviews first. You go to the home page and see an announcement flashing at the top of the screen. You know, one of those ones that tells you a review contest day is coming up, or a new workshop. However, all this one says is PUSH THIS BUTTON! Obviously, you click on it, but nothing happens. So, you go on to other YWS activities, but the sign appears on every page, and now it's blinking.
Having no other choice, you lift your finger and push the button. Instantly, everything flashes black and you feel like someone is pulling you in a thousand different directions. Then, you find yourself outside. You are standing by a gate, and on either side the gate goes on forever, entrapping a little village. A sign next to the gate tells you what's happened:

Dear YWS, welcome to the true Young Writers Society.
Every morning helicopters will drop off food to each of the five stores.
The owners are not from the group of writers, they will not speak to you.
All houses are fully equipped, you may pick where you want to live and with whom.
Pens, paper, laptops, and typewriters are located in various rooms.
Other unfortunate YWS members who push the button will be your new companions.
There is no escape from this village.
The gates do not open.
Any questions may be posted on the village gate.
You might receive an answer.
Or not.

I felt shocked. There was no one anywhere in sight, except a few white clad men messing around inside shops. I tried to talk to one, to find out what had happened. He kept working, as though I was invisible. Finally I noticed the sign on the gate. Seeing as no other strangers had appeared I made my way over to a building. My whole body ached from the transportation. I pushed open the door and was met with a bright green hallway. Curiously, I found a yellow door, which of course I entered, and found a cozy looking living room with a fireplace and a huge armchair. Beside it was a little table with a notebook, and in front a window opened to the gate, where I hoped more people would appear.
Having nothing else to do, I picked up the notebook and pen lying near it and attempted to write a poem about my strange situation.

What on earth...

I looked all around, then read the sign. Surely this was some kind of prank. Then again, it was real enough. The other people were completely ignoring me.

"Hello?" I shouted. "Is anyone there?" At least I'd have friends here. Hopefully. What if no one else pushed the button? What if I'm alone forever?

Wonderful. I was in the middle of my next post too!

Silently groaning, I read the sign. I'm not as shocked as I thought I'd be.

I always kind of thought this would happen...Just maybe not so...real.

Someone calls out and I decide to take my chances, calling back.

"Hello out there!"

I've always wanted to say that!

I imagine my inner-self doing a dance of celebration inside my head as I head out to find the owner to the voice, the panic not having truly set in yet.

Another YWSer! "Where are you?" I called, walking towards the voice. Abruptly I ran smack into them. "Sorry." I felt like I'd vaguely met the person before. I've probably met them online. "Who are you? I'm Ranger51."

I bump into the person and am hit with a sense of familiarity.

"Who are you? I'm Ranger51." They ask.

"Up&Out." I smile, standing. "But I like to go but Upz."

My God, how had this happened? My heart beat faster and my fingers twitched. For some reason I wasn't scared, no, not at all. In fact, I was elated. I could be in YWS forever. Then a thought popped in, what if there are no other YWSers here?
"Hello out there!" came from the distance so I decided to trek to wherever the person was. Judging by the voice....ah, I can't judge distance by voices! Who am I kidding?
To tell the truth, I amble aimlessly around until I found the person who screamed...I think.
"Hi! I'm Siona! You can call me whatever though (Sonia is fine as well as Sion). Isn't this soooo cool? Do you think there is magic here?" Good thing I said that in one breath or I wouldn't have been able to get it out.
"I'm Ranger51. Nice to meet you." We shake hands.
"Up&Out, but Upz is nice" She seems like a fun girl.
Yay! I can't wait to meet more people!

I sit up, glancing around in all directions. I see a group of people talking and shaking hands a few metres away. They come racing up towrads me. This...is weird.
"What's your name?" one asks.
I peer at them, I'm sure I've seen them somewhere, maybe we met in the chatroom.
"I'm, ah..Toby. And Just Toby, by the way."
"Toby huh? Join the gang."
This...is even weirder.
There is no such thing as a stranger. Only friends we haven't met yet.

I lay on the ground for a few minutes more before opening my eyes and groaning. WHAT just happened? My eyebrows crease as I sit up with difficulty and am overwhelmed by dizziness. I groan again and see some people picking another kid off the ground, a sign behind them. I grit my teeth together and push myself off the ground.

I run over to the sign, ignoring the people calling, 'Hello!' to me and read it.

I plop myself back down on the ground and pull on my brown hair. I was gonna miss my track tryouts if I stayed here. How was I going to get out?!

A girl came over to me and said, "Hey, are you alright?"

I looked up at her, my eyes full of tears, and spit out, "Where are we?" before bursting into tears.

"Where are we?" The girl burst into tears.

I wasn't sure what to say since I had no idea, so I just stammered something like, "It's okay," and tried to comfort her. "There has to be some way out. I'm Ranger51. Who are you?"

"It's okay," the person managed. "There has to be some way out. I'm Ranger51. Who are you?"

I wiped away the tears and realized my mascara had run into black streaks on my face. "Justagirl," I said, using the edge of my t-shirt to mop up the rest of the dark, mascara-tears on my cheeks.

"I think we may ha-have talked before on YWS, r-right?" I said, to Ranger, trying not to seem like a baby to have immediately burst into tears.

Ouch. That hurt.
I hit my head on the way down. Well, I'll deal with the migraine later. I noticed people a few yards away, and ran to meet them. "Hey. Where are we?"
Of cousre, like the idiot I am, I hadn't stopped to read the sign on the gate.
The girl bawling her eyes out on the ground shot me a glare. "Can't you read?"
"Oops. Sorry. I'm Syca by the way, you are?"
Instantly, the entire gang backed away from me. "What gives?" Iasked, shocked.
"There's no one named Syca on YWS," one of them stated.
I laughed. "Oh, Sorry. I'm xXmusicaXx. It's too long to use my full name, and Syca slunds nicer, right?"

I woke up.
"M***** F*****! WHERE AM I?!" I cried.
"Welcome to YWS!" some random said to me.
"SHIT!" I said.

I sat down, hoping that Justagirl would feel more comfortable at eye level. "I think we've been in a few storybooks together," I said, recalling her name. Suddenly someone else came up, introducing herself as Syca.

"There's no one named Syca on YWS," I protested.

She laughed. "Oh, Sorry. I'm xXmusicaXx. It's too long to use my full name, and Syca sounds nicer, right?"

"I guess it does," I agreed. Then I remembered Justagirl sitting next to me. "Do you want to stay with me?"I asked her. "We can figure out how to escape together."

"Where am I!?" I screamed. "Mum will kill me if I don't get home in time for dinner!"
"Chill! She will never even remember you!" someone said.
I screamed even more.
"CALM YA SHIZ!" another random said to me.
