If you want to change your avatar, press 'Dashboard' from the top of the page and then click the 'Profile' tab. After that, on the left you'll see an 'Edit Avatar' option. Click that and you're all set. Though for now, YWS accepts ony images upto 100x100 resolution. Which means, you'll have to resize big pictures to that resolution. If you don't know how to, just post your pic on the Avatar Resize Thread and if I or someone else sees it, we'll fix that for you so you can change your avatar in peace. Good luck!
