Human Form: Skylar is what you expect a teen girl to be short, hot, brunette long hair, emerald green eyes. likes to wear tank tops, half leather jackets, somethings goes tube tops with open leather jacket to show off a lot of her body. Wears loose fitting jeans with nikes.

She gains a few feet in height she becomes 7'0. she gains a snout and armor like skin, big black and gains a wing span that folds up against her back. She also gains a harpoon like tail.
Characteristics: Can become a mean chick when pushed the wrong way also puts her hands on her hips when she starts to like a guy looks them up and down and then sees what there like.
Strengths: Human: She has everything that a dragon has as she can't "shift" before being given the full blunt of the serum. But holds claw like nails dilated eyes and has unnatural like speed faster than even an olympic runner, and she can sense where others are before even seeing them.
Dragon: With black scale armor like skin, long claws, a harpoon like tail, and has a single spike on the back heel of her feet with claw toe nails. She makes for a deadly melee fighter and damn near impossible to take down.
Weakness: Human: When her dragon like instincts kick in her judgement becomes impaired and becomes VERY hard to reason with her, she becomes a fairly powerful ally when she finally takes a side when her dragon like instincts kick in.
Dragon: Barely has any control over her action's she doesn't realized what's happening until it's to late, She tries her best to remain in control as a dragon but her instincts have strong impulse to them when she is fighting.
History: She sensed trouble brewing in the world and was quickly introduced to the Leviathan, to defend her home town against the beast she did battle only to fail and be defeated in battle with it. It was only lucky the Animal Shifter's came along and saw she was not normal. Given the serum from the lab has allowed her to fully transform into a fully grown black dragon.
Other: is up for love.

The only problem with your profile is the sword and you can't become a Shifter without the serum.

Me and LHeart had a discussion last night. We might have a battle scene in the SB. LHeart told me that Diablo might have to fight Skyler and prove his strength to win her heart.

That's fine, but you'll have to introduce her first, so Skylar can become a real Shifter.

Hmmm, alright then IDEA: Skylar has already been exposed by the serum while it was still in development. Thus resulting in her human-like dragon appearance. And her battle with the big beastie.

Okay. How about she was sort of like an accomplice to Argo, the leviathan, and got only a small portion of the serum, causing her to have dragon-like qualities.

It would work, but shes much stronger than Argo since she can control what she does and her dragon instincts only kick in at certain points.

Argo has inhuman strength. It says that on his profile. I don't think Skylar can be stronger than him.

Speed is what offsets things, you can be the strongest man in the world and be as slow as a rock. Skylar has both speed and power behind her.

Just make sure she's not 100 ft. longor something unreasonable.

That's nuts besides like I said shes both dragon and human the only way to tell if she was a dragon is her eyes are dialated, her nails are claw like, and she has a nasty egotistical additude.

She'll be able to turn into a full dragon, once she takes the serum.

Fine, but she keeps her details when shes not full dragon.
