The King thought far too much about himself.
"None shall arise against me' he said, ‘none shall raise their voice. i am the monarch!"
Not far from the castle, deep within the woods, sheltered by lush canopy a young lad played with a sword. Rusted and blunt the old blade slashed the air. The mother watched him from a distance. She knew it was time; she hurried back to the cave and brought with her a wand.

“I shall teach my son the art of magic’ she thought, "and with this wand he shall begin the war against the king, my father”

Can we keep the posting to within the forum and not abuse the PM function?

Thanks :)

Just that the book club is a thread and we can put all of our group discussions and introductions in here. PM is generally used for one person to send a message to another.

If we make a habit of sending out so many pms it might get annoying.

Yeah no offence Toby, but I would prefer to keep most of what is going on in the threads. Obviously, messages for specific people are welcome, but it's better if we keep to the thread.

Thanks.

You are now misti!
This fortnights reading genre is comedy.
We will be having a meeting in the chatroom (I wil make a private one), in about a weeks time.
I will update you on exact times later, but what I realize is that we are all in different time zones.
Can you please post yours below.
Someone like this: (GMT +8:00) Perth, Australia.

By the time of the meeting, we will have a second in command!
Voting closes in 2 days!

So far, I've had one vote!
If no one votes, I will have to choose, and you might not like my choice.

Thanks,
Toby.
