This story is about teenagers in America, who can acheive something called THE STATE OF MIND. It's kind of like a high or something or other (it depends on what happens, but I might make THE STATE OF MIND be some sort of ability - I can't really explain it, but I'm sure you'll get the picture when I post a CHARACTER PROFILE)
But there's a catch.....the State of Mind can only be acheived when the teenager commits SUICIDE. But, annoyingly - to the suicidal teens - somehow they keep on coming back to life as if they were having a HANGOVER and not just committed SUICIDE.
Iknow it's a bit vague, but it will be interesting to see where this can lead! You can make up any character profiles, but I just need that basics etc.
