All critique is welcome. I also realize that face is a off, it is partly because erasing on my album paper may lead to holes

the face might be off, but i still think it's quite a magnificent piece. keep at it!

I always marvel at how people can sketch like that! How long did it take you?
I didn't notice the head being off until I read about it, but then, I'm not quite a visual artist, so I can't talk.

I really like it. It's very artistic. Kind of makes me think of Medieval times, just because her outfit is kind of...I don't know, sharp?
Anyway: I love the hat. It's quirky and funny.

Cool drawing here. You really have some great line quality going on. The textures itself are what move the image. You also paid great attention to detail, which is important when drawing the eye in.

Apart from the face, which I see you've already commented about, I do have a few notes to make on the proportions and movement of your character overall. In particular, the top half of the body seems to be looking a little detached from the bottom half of the body. The legs have so much curve and character. But when I look at the top, it all just seems a tad bit rushed and stiff in movement. The angle and positioning of the subject probably has a lot to do with why.

I think that for the type of pose you've put this character in, her face should be a little bit more smiley, perky, vibrant, etc. But her false expression makes her look uncomfortable, and so it further adds to the detachment the character has with both halves of her body. xD No need to fret though. I know first hand how difficult it can be to tweak a face on a sketch. It's important to map out the movement and proportions of your character though before going to far into detail. Even in the facial mapping it's good to get a little loose with your line gestures.

I'm not so much a fan of the hands. I love hands on any drawing. Particularly because they're so big of an obstacle to get out of the way, and they just look so stunning when executed just right. But here you sort of just overshadow them and they disappear completely into the entirety of your drawing. I'd like to see you elaborate on the hands a bit! If not on this piece, practice hands. Study them. Learn the structuring of the bones and the fall of the shadows.

Last thing I wanted to bring up. Why is there a present on a platter? This character looks like she's dressed to work at an old pub of some sort. She appears in costume, and then she's handling a platter. With a present on it. xD It just looks a bit odd. It'd be cool if you could elaborate on the hand holding the present rather than masking the hand with the platter.

But anyhow! Nice work overall. Really, I don't mean to be nitpicky. You did a fantastic job. Keep up the good work!

I'm not the very best artist around, but I love seeing and critiquing artworks (this may mean I love museums). So bare in mind that I'm not the best, but I can give some points.

Face
The face was a little bit irregular; I can't make an exact image of where she looks at because her face looked as if she looks in the opposing direction. I understand your paper problem, it's just that there is really something wrong with the face.

Arms
You did a good job with the hands! I'm just a bit concerned with the left arm. It looked as if it was angled in a different direction, and it seems that it wasn't actually situated on the girl's rump. Try to see that.

Body
The body was finely made and I like it. If you draw and draw more of this, I think you can make the perfect body for the girl

Legs and Feet
I think the most favorably drawn part here is the legs and feet. I think it has very few erasures (from my view) and is finely sketched.

Concept
The picture brought a lot of ideas when I saw it. At first, I thought it was a waitress at some retro restaurant, but soon I thought she was some kind of "Santa's Little Helper" because of the gift on the tray. Let's just settle that she is a character, shall we? The drawing was like three packages in one. Great work bringing this up in a high level!
