Ok, so this is my first edited work! I don't usually do photo-shop type stuff, so please don't bash on me too hard. I tried my best, though it didn't come out exactly perfect... Anyway, this is for AylaStarr's Book Cover contest

Wow. Haha. It's funny! Like, really funny. I haven't yet read the work it's been designed for, if there is any, but just the sight of it is kind of hilarious in a satirical, ironic kind of way. I mean; look at them! They want to kill each other! And the caption? the presumption that 'they'll laugh about it one day'. Classic. Honestly, I love it. I don't know if it's the kind of thing I would pick up off a bookshelf, but you know what, it doesn't matter. It made me smile, it made me curious, and you know what? As soon as I've clicked 'submit' I'm going off to find out more about it. That's what is intended, yes?
Don't let anyone tell you it sucks, because gosh, it doesn't.
Wow, i don't actually know what the story is about, but i love the aggression in the image, his jaws are so taut you can tell that he is about to rip that guys head of. And the angle of the dark haired guy. Its awesome. Just one thing, i think usually on Book Covers they don't have the people in mid shots and so close, maybe you could make the people fade and make the background a little more dominant. Oh and the color Blue is usually used for calm things so how about some more aggressive red and orange.
Sorry im not bashing your work, just trying to help. But i like it otherwise, i wouldn't have been able to do this, i don't think i have the patience.
