it hasn't come out very well on the photo since i took it in the evening so it's all lit by artificial light in my room instead of outside light through my window like normal. Curse this dark winter.

Hey there Mystical! On the whole your picture is very very good. I would kill to be able to draw realsistic potraits like you!
I think it's super duperly fantastically amazingly stunningly brillaint! Thumbs up!
Here are the things I like best:
Hair: Especially the top part of her head, near her scalp. The hair is beautiful and very well drawn. You've shown the highlights and shadows very well, and it looks very smooth and flowing like real hair should be.
Face: The face is very well drawn as well. I especially love the nose. It's so realistic, and noses are very hard to draw, so well done. Good job!
Now, here are some things you could improve:
Eyes: If you can see, the right eye is slightly lower than the left, and a bit of a different shape. I find eyes like that veru hard to draw, so really you have made a good job, but i'm only nitpicking really.
Ear: The ear looks a little long and wobbly at the bottom, but dont worry as this is hardly noticable.
I think you've done a very good job with this and obviously you have real artistic talent! I do absolutely love it!

Very nice! I absolutely love to draw too, so it's nice to see someone with the same interests as me. First off, congratulations on the nose! I have the toughest times with those things . Other than that, I feel as if her face is a little uneven somehow. Also, the throat in the neck shouldn't be so evident. It doesn't exactly have straight lines, but shading. The collar bone seems too high up also. I love the eyes!
