I love the misty look on the picture. Nicely detailed ... I'm not much of an artist ... I do paint every now and again but I'm more of an abstract artist.
Nice soft colours.
No faults from what I can see

I really love the expression, i can totally feel that this girl has some huge weights on her shoulders. The colors are also my favorite. The pinks almost give it a romantic feel, I think. But I love how soft and earthy it looks. This girl looks like a model and has very pretty, delicate features, but I really like how you made her tough
The facial shading is great, you put a lot of work into that I see. The tones are great. A bit more definition around the center of the nose would help. The bridge of the nose is really dark, but the further down you start looking unsure of yourself and back off. I really like how attention drawing the eyes are, but maybe they are a bit off? I dunno, one looks slightly different than the other if you know what I mean.
I really like the hair ^_^ I'm not sure how I feel about still seeing your pencil lines though. It's either a good rough kinda feel or a slightly sloppy impression. I also notice that you blurred a lot of her hair on the top half, but the bottom you left it normal. I don't like either style more than the other, but I think you should pick one of them (blurred or not blurred) to keep everything the same.
Even though I had a lot of picky comments, I totally love this pic and it is definitely my favorite one of yours ^_^ Keep it up!!

It's a little hard to critique this piece, mainly because I always like to know the artists goal. Without the goal, all I can see is what I think is wrong with it. I like to help you better achieve what you were looking to do.
So, with that said, I'll trudge on. Amazing job on the shading. The coloring looks fantastic on her face, and her eyes pop in the most amazing way. The hair coloring is equally great. Good job in varying the shades of yellow for the blonde look. A lot of people tend to have difficulties with that. However, I'm not sure if the hair movement is correct. I'm not sure if you had used a picture reference when drawing this, but I think that more of the hair would be moving. The bangs facing us are swept away very easily, but yet the bangs on the other side are sitting calmly like nothing is happening. It seems like a few wisps would be in front of her face with that breeze, or at least curling under her chin. As well as a few strands from her ponytail. Not the whole thing, or even the majority, but just a few strays trying to get away from the clump. Of course, if you're using a picture reference and that's not how it was, then that's just how the hair was captured and you can disregard the comment, and feel good about drawing a great picture ;p

My friend are you good at all of the arts? There is not a single flaw in this portrait. It's beautiful. May I ask what materials you used to create it. In love with it. She's really pretty. Second if you don't mind. I sure you are terribly busy. But could you do a request drawing?
