I just made my character, a government assassin. I was thinking I could make a bad guy that everyone could dispise. Still trying to figure out how I can bring him in, I was thinking when Camile and Samuel bring Atila and Mishta into their base for containment they could come across Ray as he's leaving to take out the secret cave Atila was hiding in with the other rebels. The plan was to get the other characters to take Atila out of the picture so Ray can have an easier time taking out their base of operations. Ray explains this to Atila simply to cause her angst before leaving.
That's what I have so far, what do you guys think?

Your character seems fine to me, he'd be somewhat fun to interact with just because he's so evil. That seems like the perfect place to bring him in, but when heading towards the rebel base - I don't believe there's currently any usable characters in there at the moment xD I think all the other rebels (minus Estelle & Devlin) are at Zeke's house or near the woods. But I suppose if they see that your character is heading towards there, they might try to head over to defend the base?
I figured there would be some nameless NPC's over there that Atila had grown fond of, so the thought of Ray killing all of them would get to her. It would be one of those things that happens off-screen if no-one's around to stop it. If some of the other characters see him heading over there, they're more than welcome to try and stop him. No guarentee that they'll succeed though.

O_O Cool. I'm both scared of this new character and excited that he's being introduced...
Misunderstood, I'd be happy to bring you in, but I can't think of how... Is your character in any particular place, now? Is she in or near the woods, or can she come in and team up with some rebels to try to save Atila...? Speaking of that, are we going to save her? I thought Xandi wanted to, so I guess we'll get through S'oul's meeting with her and then take off after the car? What do you think (Apple and anyone else)?

I suggested maybe Devlin was in the area and saw Wes heading after Estelle. I honestly think Devlin battling it off with Wes could prove interesting since he has telepathy and would be able to read his movements before he made them. Though - reacting fast enough might prove difficult, but not impossible!
But honestly, Devlin can show up pretty much anywhere and it'll work in quite well ^_^
And I think rebels trying to save Atila would be a great way to bring everyone together in one place... omygosh craziness would ensue 8D
I am also excited what with Dynamo and what's to come ahead.
