Yes. The rain is pretty overdone. It's not hitting off the what ever its ment to be, which should, as it's rain, and rain bounces when its so heavy. =/
Also, I would try to blur the bottom bit of the tiger one, to blend in with the white cat thing, sorry I don't know anything about animals. =/
Thats not really digital art, more like photo manipulation.
Yeah when it rains its usually darker, so fiddle with saturation.
You shouldn't judge a book by it's cover, instead, you should read every single book to see what every book is about before you even come close to judging its viability.
