They are all really simple. but at the same time very nice. I loved the inspirational quotes you put up next to them. I don't exactly understand why you put the last picture in? Was it just to show where they were placed?

The first picture: I like the black background. It really suits the quote. I will make a way when there is no way. The sun isn't meant to be there in the middle of the night, yet in the of the night the sun is there. It really matches along with the picture.

The second one: Hmm... I think the first picture is your best. The second one doesn't show that much feeling. I like the quote though. The picture does match the quote, but I think maybe there could've been a better simple symbol there?

Well, thats what I thought, but I loved them all!

I like the general concept of the paintings and the symbols you decided to associate with each of the words, but I think you could add more shading and details.

For the first picture, you can still make out the black behind the sun. Perhaps another layer of yellow paint can change that. You could also add more whites. I like the luminescent sun beam thing you have going on right now. You can expand on that. You may want to also try some oranges to help define the sun. I also think it would be really cool if you traced the blue text with another color, perhaps a lavender purple-ish color.

The cloud is really cute, but again, you could add more shading. Greys, light blues, etc. The cloud is very 2-D right now.

To sum it up, I love the concepts and messages behind your paintings; they remind me of those cool Christian posters people sell. But I think you can improve your paintings by adding more shading. Happy painting!
