For my engineering class, we did exactly what Pompadour wants to do with the Last Word, only my class attached a Pelican Case with a GoPro inside to get some awesome photos. Only...we lost the balloon. As in, our tracker just stopped working for no apparent reason. So no one, not even a dragon, has fingers that long (however, I was being courteous at the time and refraining from sending the masses into needless panic by flying and following our package.
