Hey guys, this wouldn't let me upload the pictures the first time I posted these. It was just messed up. Any way this was my day modeling my best friend Alison. You guys might know her as Dragonlover92. It was our last day of summer, and alison is fantastic, amazing gorgeousness. Enjoy!

She's beautiful and almost etheral when she's surrounded by nature. Not quite sure about the third picture though it doesn't seem to go with the general theme.

Hi Boo. One of the hardest things to take a good picture of, at least in my opinion, is a person. You've done really well. But, I'm afraid to say that I don't like your editing of the photos a ton. A lot of the times softer is better, and if you do want things to pop just turning the contrast up is the least subtle way of doing it. If you do want to mess with the contrast do it less. Even the smallest bit can really make the photo pop without having the side affects like certain parts of the photo getting way to white/bright.

1. I like this one, but her skin is a bit to bright. I like how the tree on the right side balances the photo out, good work.

2. I really like this one, though I have seen this particular type of photo a lot. I would love to see your friends face back in color, but the colors darker. If you like to edit make the shadows in it more dramatic, this will make the photo a lot more mysterious.

3. This just looks like a snap shot to me. It is fine, but their really isn't anything too special about it, though it is a perfect example of when the contrast is way to high.

4. I love this one. You did the editing fairly well and I love the angle you chose. This is a good photo because I feel like you played with it. With your other photo's, like number 3, it seems just like a snap shot. It doesn't seem like you played with the angles to find an interesting one. If you go from different angles the whole photo's mood changes. Shadows fall in different places the light shines differently. Lighting is the most important part of a photo. In this photograph the greenish light coming from slightly behind and above her through the leaves creates an amazing dappled effect.

5. I would love this one so much if it wasn't for that huge splotch of light in the lower right hand corner that draws all my attention! Maybe you could subdue it or crop it out somehow...

6. This photo is so good! I have no complaints. XD

Hope I helped,

Calli

WOW! She is beautiful! and really good at modelling in the pictures she looks quite lost, lonely and upset as well as quite magical which i really liked! But as well as that the way you took the photos, changed the lighting and things was REALLY good on a couple of pictures i thought you could have make the lighting a little lighter or darker but apart from that... you and your friend a fab!! You should keep on taking photos, hopefully someday i'll be able to do that well! :)

In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hole, and that means comfort.
