Lauren - Hello, welcome to the site! You might want to check out 'the curtain club' usergroup if you're a playwright. It's rather small at the moment, but I'm sure you'll find at least one person who shares your interests there. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.
Cait - Hi, nice to meet you, welcome to YWS. When you get round to posting that work, feel free to pm me and request a critique. The same for if you have any questions, enjoy the site!
Okami - Greetings! Welcome to YWS, if you have need of anything be sure to let me know and you can say whatever you like so long as it's kiddy friendly. Go ahead, introduce yourself a bit.
Hope you're all settling in well and my apologies and warm welcome to anyone I've missed!
Hi, I'm Emily (or Jabberwockee, you decide). I'm 17 and British, not that that's important. What is important is that I love to read and write, and I'm thrilled to have found a group of young people who share those passions.
See the main bar at the top of the page? Place the mouse over 'writing' and click 'Read and Review on the drop down menu. There you will find a list of different forums. If you want to review dramatic poetry, click that link or if you'd rather review science fiction, then click that link and so on.
That will take you to a large list of stories. Click one, read it and post a review!
Hi...I'm not sure how this whole thing works but, about me:
I'm new. Obviously. I signed up a while back, but I never got around to surfing the site until now (when I really ought to be doing history homework )
I love to write, but I haven't really finished any big works yet. I have several short stories written, and one novel in the works with several other short story/novel ideas in my head. I like reading fiction, mostly: realistic, historical, a few fantasies, and some biographies/autobiographies. Actually, I read whatever I can lay my hands on, really.
So...I guess that's it for now. I'm looking forward to getting to know this site and the people on this site more
You can't wait for inspiration. You have to go after it with a club --Jack London
Okami - Can you edit your post please? It isn't wise to give personal details out on an open forum - anyone could phone you!
SpreadLight - Hello there, welcome to YWS. If you need help navigating, have questions or would like a critique, feel free to pm me. Good luck with your history homework,
