Hello! I'm Sophie. I'm 16. My interests include any kind of dance, particularly ballet and traditional folkdancing, reading, writing, taking walks (I live way out in the middle of nowhere), and arguing with anyone and everyone. My favorite author is J.K. Rowling, my favorite poets are Ogden Nash and Frank O'Hara. I'm new to this site; so far it looks very intriguing. So yeah... anyway... hi!

Poetry, fiction (very short stories and attempts at longer ones, though I don't usually get past the first few pages before I'm off with some other idea) and observations of little curiosities in everday life. I have a tendency towards the abstract and vague that I'm trying to curb, since I prefer the concrete when reading, and I often get a bit preoccupied with definitions and minor details. I try not to rant, though - however much I love to argue.

Thank you for the warm welcome - this seems like such a cozy site! As a sensitive artist (what aspiring writer isn't) I really appreciate having a soft place to fall as I learn and make mistakes; thank you!
