Hi, Kayla. Welcome to YWS!

Oh my gosh, I know. This place is addicting. Don't you love it? I know I'm hooked. As well about 99.9% of all the other active users, but you know. x)

Anyway though, I'm glad you're loving the site so far. There's really a ton to fall in love with. You get to meet other writers from different parts of the world, you can participate in storybooks, post and review new works, join clubs, talk it up in the chat-room. Be sure to take advantage of all the cool things the site has to offer, and definitely feel free to roam!

If you have any questions at all or are ever in need of a thorough and honest review, feel free to ask me. I'd be glad to help you out. Just post a comment on my wall or PM(private message) me, and I'll be sure to get back to you.

Anyway, welcome to YWS! I'm Mac and I've been on YWS for just over a month but I'm enjoying it a lot. I'm addicted! I hope you enjoy it here. I remember when I first joined I began to check my notifications obsessively, then I met some new people

Do you write anything else? I write Novels, but I might try to write a poem one day.

Smylin' pretty much said everything to do with the site that you could do! If you're feeling lost or posted work in the wrong section, you can always tell a moderator (anyone in Green) and they'll sort it out for you. If you've got a question about the site, you can go to the 'Questions and Answers' forum. You could always go and check the Buddy system (on this forum) if you're feeling lost too!

Welcome to YWS! As far as I know, I've been addicted to this site since 2009 and I'm still going. ^^
Everyone here is pretty awesome and friendly, and I'm sure you'll make lots of friends and followers.

If you don't know the little tweaks around the site, basically it's just making sure you write properly and since we're all writers here, that's not very hard to do. No chatspeak and review as much as you can! The more reviews you do for others, the more reviews your own works will get! Get your name out there! =D

If you get lost or run into any questions, you're always free to contact a Mod. Moderators are just the users in Green. I call them aliens. And as a side note, those guys in red are Admins, you can contact them too! Anyway, they have all knowledge around the site so being an alien myself, yes - I can answer any questions you may have. Just shoot me a PM (Private message) and I'll reply ASAP! =D
