So I know this is not much, but I wanted to try drawing wings for a bit. I was too lazy to actually go and research the cool types, like bat wings and bird wings and stuff, so these are basically just outlines.

The first pose is taken from reference, but I changed many things including the hair and expressions.

This was mostly just a doodle, but I cleaned it up and edited it so it created a mirror image.

Not much to say about this one. Another doodle that looks pretty girly.

Reviews help a lot! If you have any advice I want to hear it! xD
The bad news is we don't have any control.
The good news is we can't make any mistakes.

Heyy there =]. I reaaally liked the ideas with these. The only thing I have to comment on, which a lot of people don't realize sometimes, is that the wings have to be pretty big. If you've ever read the maximum ride series, you're talking about a fifteen foot wingspan for a huuuman. But thats just an idea for "realisticness" These are really neat =]

Okay... I think I'm reviewing backwards here. Oh well, here's what I think of these 'ANIME doodles'.
You're emphasizing on wings so they're supposed to be more detailed. You can try adding more feathers to the first one. (Although I think they look pretty cute the way you've drawn them) For doodles, they're quite good. I can never make wings correctly. The scene you've created is so sweet and romantic. (You have ample amount of imagination. Don't ever doubt yourself)
I like the idea of the mirror image and the rainbow shades on the face. They look like twin fairies :)
The last one, I think you should complete the picture, add colors to it and show that the wings are coming out of the girl's back; not her head. :P
So I don't think you need to change anything in the first picture. It's awesome the way it is. Color it and post it. That's what I'd do if I were you. :) I'm sure you'll get plenty of reviews.
In the second drawing, you can add a background of hearts or shooting rainbow stars. (Anyting which you think looks cool)
If you want to practice wings, you can try making realistic bird wings. It'll be a good practice. Otherwise, look it up on google images. I'm sure there are loads of different wings. I hope I wasn't confusing you with all the details. (Also wishing I helped)
