Plot:
A cruise called The Maiden's Kiss with 859 passengers aboard is sailing the Pacific. One night, a massive storm hits. Merciless waves toss the ship around, knocking many off-board. Stuck in the middle of the ocean, there is no hope for survival. The ship is torn apart, killing 849 people. Only ten survived. Those ten awake on the shore of a mysterious island, with exotic fruits and wild animals, such as birds, monkeys, etc. You and the other nine are rescued by a woman named Bellalyse. Together, you will learn to adapt to your surroundings, hunt, build shelters, whatever it takes to survive. Around the island are four people. You will greet these castaways and help them; in return, they will help you. Hidden amongst the island are seven remaining pieces of a map. If you succeed in finding the seven pieces, the map will show you a path to a ship, which you will sail home in.

The five castaways already on the island:
Chef Leroy: Leroy is a jolly-hearted man with a large appetite and a good taste for excellent food. He is an amazing cook and will trade you recipes for a certain object. He likes prepared meals, eggs, and parachute trinkets*.
Gardener Martha: Martha is a serious, strict woman who raises crops beautifully and harvests delicious food. She is the one you trade for seeds to plant your own crops. She likes shells**, fruits, vegetables, and grains.
Doctor Cal: Cal is a cheerful, kind man who specializes in medicine and patching up wounds. He is the man you go to for medicine, crop fertilizer, and other medical needs. He likes anything and everything.
Suzy the Tailor: Suzy is a energetic, hyper gal who enjoys sewing. She's always creating new clothes. She's the gal you go to for recipes on creating clothing. She likes prepared food, eggs, and mushroom.
Bellalyse: Bell is a quiet and sweet girl. Lost at sea six years ago, she has made the island her home. She becomes the tour guide for the castaways, and helps them however she can.
*Parachute trinkets: After creating an S.O.S. cry of help with rocks dug up with the shovel, a parachute with a trinket (candy, soda, meat, etc.) will drop down every three days.
**Shells: You obtain shells while deep sea diving.

Martha's items:
- Seed(s): Watermelon, Brazil Nut, Pokeberry, Yams, Pineapple, Lime, Avocado, Bananas, Raspberry, Coconut, Chili, Eggplant, Tomato, Orange, Carrot, Corn, Green Beans, Peaches, and Mango. These are the plants from which you can harvest multiple times.
- Seed(s): Suger Cane, Bamboo, Gingersnap, Wheat, and Rice. Once fully grown, this crop will be chopped down to harvest only once.
Cal's items: Sims have six things they have to maintain to take care of themselves: hunger, energy, hygiene, comfort, social, and bladder.
- Yellow Cure (cures hunger & energy.)
- Red Cure (cures hygiene & social.)
- Green Cure (cures comfort & bladder.)
- Blue Cure (cures all.)
- Silk, Leather, and Thread.
Suzy's items:
- Watermelon.
- Sticks & Palm Leaves.
- Recipe(s): Leather Shoes, Coconut Mask, Linen Shirt, 3-D Sunglasses, Palm Hat, Leather Jacket, Linen Dress, and Linen Leggins.
