Fall on the Verge of Falling

***Anyone is free to comment, of course, but I need someone with a good artistic bone in their body to give me a proper review on this. And please ignore the white space around it, the dragon is what i wanted to draw





So I drew this.
It is the end of fall, so winter is coming and he is starting to grow a layer of shards covered in short fur stubbles over his skin.

Done with a 2h and mechanical pencil, about 2 1/2 hours.

This is really nice. I was wondering why he didn't have more scale or something, like most dragons do. His eye is a bit confusing, just because I can't tell which part is his eyeball or if its all black. To me it looks amazing. Good job!

....I envy your artwork. I love fantasy creatures, and whenever I try to draw them...They end up loking like blobs with wierd heads and legs. Anyways, I always knew that there were diffrent 'species' of dragons, so this must be a scaleless dragon? I guess...I'm not sure.

Anyways, I love your detail you put into this dragon, and the wings...Ohmygawd.They.Are.So.Bloody.Good. I love how you did the detail underneath the dragon, you made it look all soft and such ;) I can tell this tok a long time, and it surly did pay off from all of that time you took drawing this out. Don't stop drawing. I sucked and I never stopped drawing, and hey! I got better at my Wolf drawings...

I think the dragon is looking up at something, well, thats what I see. Since theres a lighter shade of grey in it's eyeball, making it look liek thats the eye. If it was, you could add more drawing to it..Such as a bird it wants to munch on. Nomnomnom. Overall, thats an awesome dragon. :D

I loved this dragon. Dragons are my favorite fantasy creatures. Your dragon is very unique; especially with the antenna thing above its head. It's got the same thing at the end of its tail too. The wings of the dragon make it look graceful. And I love the pointed fur on its body. The eyes are just so cute with that white spot of light reflecting from them. I would suggest you try to shade your dragon and also give it a good background like a rock terrain or something.

Anyway, it's perfect as it is so you don't need to change anything if you don't want to.

Keep on drawing and you'll definitely get better at it every time.

I like what you have done and can see you show great potintal and that this is just the tip of th iceberg you can see were it justs flows together and thats really rare to find in someone well done mabye try in hanse your style colour maybe although im really bad at colouring stuff but all toghther a good piece

This is a great drawing. The antennae thing on his head is slightly bothering me. It contradicts with the ears and slightly bothers the picture.The wings of the dragon are great so keep them the way they are! I love the the way the fur is drawn on the body.How it starts from the belly and works its way up the dragon. The eyes are just so cute with that white spot of light reflecting from them. Also I love the way the head tilts opposite of the direction the dragon's body faces.
Over all this is a great drawing. NICE JOB!

Wow you r an amazing artist, you should fill that will color it will be all the more amazing yet if your more like me and prefer your artwork black and white you should use a HB to add shadow and emphasis on the texture of the dragon. the muscles of the wings are good and im sure with a HB you could add more definition to separate the wings from the wing bones. And the back leg could use a little more muscle, because the rest of your dragon shows the ripple of most muscle contractions except the back which should actually have the most.
