This sketch took me hardly any time (surprisingly) so I spent more time with the coloring ^_^ The sketch looked more princess, but the end result turned out to be kinda mermaid lol.

to make it better you could move the left arm so its positioned more realistically your left not hers. but it does look great dont get me wrong

This is purty! ^_^ I'm not quite sure how the mermaid part comes into it... I was expecting, you know, tails and stuff, lol. Still, this is very well done! I love the colours and the shading and the light and all.

Her eyes look kinda uneven -- at first I thought this was because of the angle her head was at, but after some careful squinting, I think they're just uneven. Also, her right hand is really distorted because it looks like Dr Frankenstein cut off her hands and switched them round so she's got a left hand in place of her right. Like on the other hand, her thumb should be on the inside, close to her leg, not on the outside.

Again, you color very well! The only thing is that the neck looks way too fat for this girl. Try making it a bit more slender and long, especially if it's a mermaid/princess thing. Oh and another thing you need to make longer is her chest. No, I don't mean her boobs XD, I mean above that...you know the "chest". Lastly, the eyes look just a smidge too close together. When the head is a tilted in that position, the left eye has to be lined up with the nose in a slightly diagonal line. Right now, it's lined up to the middle of the eye. It has to be lined up the the edge of it. Overall, pretty good job.

Your sketches are really great. I like that creative style you've used in drawing & coloring the mermaid/princess. However, there are some parts of your drawing that need to be fixed.
1- I think it would be better to make her neck a little bit longer and also I kinda agree with theLockedLibrary on the chest, it should be quite longer.
2- The hands need some fixation especially the finger tips. ( I know hand-drawing is considered to be a nightmare for every artist )

Okay, Twit got the bit about the hands (they were pretty noticeable) so I'll point out another error. The legs.
They're definitely too long, and the one on my right doesn't taper the way it should, but the most glaring mistake was the leg we couldn't see so much. try outlining that leg through the other on, like you have X-ray vision or something. See where the knee would be? See how twisted it would look? Not only that, it would be longer than the other leg (which was long enough to begin with).
Anywho, the color was done pretty well, but it had this digital brush feel to it, since I could see the strokes you made. Try to blur the lines a little or bend them so they curve with the body. One of those lines travels straight down the length of her torso, even though it should move away from the viewer.
The hair was excellent, and you got the skin tone spot-on. A little too smooth on the inner elbow on the left, since her arm should have been bent right there, but you got the rest perfect.

3rd pic is just fabulous. Love the brilliant shades of color, perfect hair and figure formation.
I do agree the eyes are a teency bit lopsided, the hands are a bit too pointy at the end, and somethings off with her right side hand, the shape of the thumb, I imagine itd curve the other way.
Also, the line of her right leg extends way too high up her body, it's anatomically impossible.

I think the shoulders and torso and clothing are all captured with wonderful detail. This is probably my new favorite in terms of the shaded color here. All three pics look great and I think the mermaid look is captured perfectly

I like all three sketches. Colour or no colour. It's still amazing. And it definitely looks like a lovely princess. And the third one looks magical.
