You should try checking out the Forums, review a few works and someone might return the favor. Work put in equals work put out. I've no idea where I've heard that before but my brain decided to throw it at me and it seemed appropriate at the time.
Well Taylor, who is your favorite author? Do you have a favorite book? How about music, I'm all about music. I'd love to hear what it is you like to listen to. Actually, I'd just love to hear more about you! Where are you from, what's your style of writing, what's your favorite color and number. You know, basic things.
Anyhoot, it's still awesome to meet you! What kinds of things do you write? I'm not much of a poet, though I do enjoy reading it. I'm more of a prose writer myself! I've also dabbled in scripts, which are absolutely fun for me. Dialogue is awesome!
Some people enjoy reading different things than what they write, soooo what do you like to read? While I write all sorts of genres, I'm typically a fantasy/sci-fi writer.
What do you do outside of writing? Do you like sports or music? Maybe you plan games or crafts? o: You can find just about anyone with your interests here. There's probably a club of people you can check out!
Also, it's sort of a new thing to a lot of new members, but you should try out the Storybooks section. It's basically co-writing a story with a team of other members. Just sign up in whatever looks fun for you to write. They're really exciting! I've met all sorts of new friends just by doing them, let alone lots of inspiration for my own work.
