Very good! I'm not sure how the contest goes, but my only recommendation would be to fill in the white spaces. I know it's pretty hard with Paint. You should try GIMP! Haha I tell this to everybody on here. It's basically a free Photoshop. Good luck in your contest!

WOW! I like the british style, your drawing ( of course ), the storyboard, the colors. Everything! I hope you win the contest. I'd love to see more the comics style you make. It is great!!

Sorry to sound like one of those annoying OMG UROCK! I lllllluuurrrv yoooouuuu!!!!! people, but I seriously love this! I most definitely know that Snoink will love it even more. I'm not even sure how I'd go about critiquing something like this, so I won't embarrass myself.

All I can suggest is that, if possible, make the dialogue in the speech bubbles a bit more clear. I could read the I SAY! parts, but it was just panel 1 and 7 I couldn't quite see until I squinted a little. I didn't actually realise the black things in panel 7 were letters/words until I read the spoiler. It's not an earth-shattering problem or anything though, so it didn't bother me much. Just if you can, I'd try and change the font to something a bit easier to notice maybe.

This is awesome. XD I'd keep the white bits because I like the textured feel it gives. The writing is rather difficult to read, because it looks a bit too pixelated. Panels 3 and 6 are a bit unclear. It took me a bit of squinting to make out that Panel 3 was a dead fly in the tea because it was quite vague and undefined. Panel 6 is the fly getting squished, sa? Why is it green? It looks a bit like lettuce.

I still really loved this, despite the lettuce, lol. ^_^

Anyway, this was a really neat comic, and the artwork is definitely fab! I love the white bits too, as Twit said. It made it have a really nice textured feeling!

My main complaint is the text... it's reeeeeeeeeeally hard to read, and if it weren't for the explanation below, it would be impossible to read!

Also... the sixth panel? A caption, such as "SPLAT!" would have been great there, since, as Twit implied, it did kind of look like lettuce and I was a bit confused.
