So I was on a sugar high last night, unable to sleep, and decided to crank out as many drawings as I could. I challenged myself to work as fast as I could, and not spend any more than one hour on each part. It was painful, I admit. Not fixing all the miniscule details like the perfectionist I am. But this was just a test.

one hour for the pencil sketch+final inking

an extra hour for coloring

this took me about an hour and 10 minutes, because I have a hair fetish and couldn't stop making lines.

this one took me roughly 45 minutes, so it balanced out the last one.

All in all, I was drawing nonstop from 11pm to 3 am this morning. I highly recommend putting chocolate sauce over cookie dough ice cream. It makes a person highly productive.
The bad news is we don't have any control.
The good news is we can't make any mistakes.

Whoo! I should try your little 5-hour-energy trick sometime :3

Since you didn't put as much time into nitpicky-things I think it'd be a bit silly for me to point them out (plus I'm lazy, as always). I really loved the middle girl, and I'd really like to see her colored one day... The first guy's coloring is cool, the slightly-sloppyness of it actually contributes to the style (yes, I have no idea what I'm talking about). The third guy's face and hair seems a bit squished, but I like his expression.

This was a speed review for speed drawings :3 Sorry it's so sloppy

Bahaha, these are great. I'll definitely try the chocolate and cookie dough ice cream bit. That sounds delicious =] I really loved all of these, I think out of all of them, the third one was my least favorite, it was a bit squished, but hey, it was a one hour sketch, who can complain? lol. The first and second one are really lovely. =] Great work.

Hey Black Sheep :)

First Dude - Overall I think he is pretty good. His shoulders seem a little broad for someone with quite a small head/neck and also his left eyes looks a little wonky or maybe it's just the balance between the eyes and the nose. Something doesn't seem quite right there. But I love the colouring of his eyes. They are very striking!

First Girl - I love her hair! I've always kind of wanted to be able to do hair like this but I only seem to be able to do block hair at the moment lol Her face is really good too and I love her eyes. I think her left shoulder is a little off. I think the line of it is a little bit too high and just needs to be lowered. Shoulders tend to slope down.

Final Girl - I think this is my least favourite of the bunch. Profiles are ridiculously hard to do! And you pretty much did the mistake that I did with the profile I am doing now. You made her forehead too flat so it looks a little odd and I think the shape of her head isn't quite right. It doesn't look quite round enough. But the nose and lips are really good! Those are the things I usually struggle with.

Keep up the good work! :)
