Maybe it’s time for me to let go,
Take a step,
Trust my own feet,
And believe that You’ll catch me if I fall.
Maybe I need to forget what I thought I knew,
And trust what my heart has been telling me the whole time.

When I saw the poem, I thought, 'Wait, I thought this was dramatic poetry.' Because a lot of the dramatic poems are somewhat long, so I was a little surprised, but I was impressed. It was very good and it's kind of amazing that you were able to fit so much into those short lines. It was a very good poem, and I did really enjoy it. There weren't any misspellings or grammar errors which is always awesome. So good job. And keep writing.

Wow.

This poem is shorter than what you may usually find around when you go digging deeper in the world of poems, yes, but you've got so much feeling here in such a small package. I love it. Putting out any grammatical errors is out of my hands because I'm not one to pick on grammar, I'll leave that for someone else, but nevertheless. Good job with this. It's powerful, and really is something I needed to read and just think over at this moment in time.

Happy writings to you, my friend.

I liked it. I didn't think it could be a descriptive, emotional poem since it was so short, but it was. I liked it. How in the poem you were almost arguing with yourself, about taking a chance. Making yourself take the chance. Anyway, there were no grammical errors or anything really. It was short and sweet and I really liked it!

Hello! I loved this poem. And it's shortness doesn't leave much room for error. But I'm going to be super picky here and see what I can do to help.
Corrections are in red and comments or notes are in blue.

Maybe it’s time I think that right here you should more the rest of the line down to help the flowfor me to let go,
Take a step,
Trust my own twofeet, By putting "two" here, I feel that it adds to the description without adding much length.
And believe that You’ll catch me if I fall.
Maybe I need to forget what I thought I knew, I love love love this line. It's like you're arguing with yourself. It's great.
And trust what my heart has been telling me the whole time.all this time. I think "the whole time" sounded a little to....young for this poem. I just changed it up a little bit but you could always be more creative and come up with something amazing.

As I said, all of the things I put were things that I was being picky about. They were just suggestions that I feel would better the already excellent poem.
Feel free to contact me with any comments or questions.

Keep Writing!
