Okay folks. This cover is something I made for my novel titled Carry Me Home. (Hence the name of this little doohicky here) But anyway, I wanted to know what all of you thought of it! The reason there is a stone cabin in the back is because of the major climax in the story, that I have yet to post.

An overall summary of the novel is that the main character Tide, has basically gone through just about everything a teenager can bare to go through. She got her heart broken numerous times by the same person, moved from the only people that knew how to care for her, and trouble continues to come her way as James, her exboyfriend, decides that he doesn't want to let her go after all. Tide, with the help of her bestfriends Laynie and Jonah; the quirky red head and the intense secret admirer, Tide learns what love really is. Friendship on fire.

Also! This photo isn't mine, I found it off the internet. =] Please critique!

Hey Tylyn, I'm really fond of the picture you have chosen for your novel cover. As for the editing, you may have increased the brightness too much in the picture to the extend that I can't see well the details of the cabin stone walls. Maybe you should reduce the brightness and increase the sharpness of the picture a little bit. The title of the novel is better to be placed below the roof a little bit to make it clearer but the font type you have used is very good. I really want to read your novel, it sounds interesting.. have you already posted it here? :smt001

Hi there! I just got done reviewing another one of your photos! Or did I? Was that you? Hm, well, maybe I did. :) Anyway, I really, really, really, really like this picture. I think it goes perfect with the title. That little house is so cute! Just a little nitpcik: I think when you brightened it you brightened a little bit too much. The original photo is great and I think you only needed to brighten it a little. I really do enjoy the picture though!
