You could try looking at this club which is for the Hunger Games. It's pretty active by the looks of things, and the members would be fans!
Hope you find some people to enjoy the books with. ^^ YWS is a big enough community that chances are you'll have somebody share your interests, especially for a book series as popular as the Hunger Games.
