Basic Anime Boy

Another post by me, sorry x) I've been clogging the forums lately.
Anyways, I drew this a few days ago and it only took me about 2-3 hours with zero reference. I was pretty proud of that, and of how it turned out.
But I really want this one picked apart. It's such a basic design that I want any anatomy issues worked out before I get into a habit of making them over and over again. If you think something looks funny, please tell me! I fail to notice this stuff on my own x(
Oh wait, I see a problem with his right shirt sleeve, dang it.

I'm going to try to give you a good review At first I want to say that I really like this drawing. Especially the eyes are really beautiful!
nitpicks:
- His head looks a little bit too little in contrast with the rest of his body. But I hardly noticed that really XD
- I don't really see the elbows, which make his arms look a little weird, but maybe that's just me
Other than that I absolutely love this!

Ahh as usual, I love your drawings :3
I think the only two problems I have with this *maybe three* are the head and the right arm.

The head:
First, it doesn't really seem proportionate to the rest of his body. It's a little too squished and just-got-an-anvil-dropped-on-his-head-ish. Sometimes, if the head is were you start the picture the smallness factor tends to happen frequently. I think the best way to probably avoid this is to either start on the body first, or at least have a general outline prepared. That way you can adjust the head size accordingly.
Second, his eyes are a little too stretched out, but that could very well be your style, and in that case there is no problem :3

The arm:
First, it's kind of in an awkward position in relation to his head. It's almost twisted, in fact, the position of the body in general is quite awkward.
Second, you can't tell where his elbow is, and that is also weird. Actually, it kind of looks like his elbow is right where the t-shirt sleeve ends. If that is, in fact, where his elbow is, then it's way too high up on his arm. The elbow should rest right where his hip starts (so in this picture, there would probably be no elbow and in that case, you should make his arm a lot straighter so there doesn't appear to be a strangely placed elbow) The other arm is also bent at an awkward section of his arm. If the picture is cut off before the elbow, don't try to squeeze an elbow in because then it looks weird ;P

I think that is all! Overall it's a very nice picture (like always) and it's way better than I could do on a computer ;P
My favorite part would have to be the hair. I love how you always manage to make the hair look so flowy and soft ^_^ it's very well drawn.

The other people have pointed out the important stuff so all I have to say is that I love his face. Those eyes are just really beautiful... I always have trouble with eyes because they're so small that I can't put any detail into them.

I love the blend of color you put in his hair and eyes you must've taken a long time to get the eyes symmetrical without a face grid though you may have just gotten a good drawing program of which I have none =3= what irks me is his left cheek i usually don't make them that way but it kinda sets in your style. I see you added in a wind-ish effect to his hair and i wish you would have added that to his attire but I see other reports say that it wasn't proportioned well. I was paying attention to that i was to distracted by his amazing hair and awesome eyes i also like the splattered red design on his shirt. I've never used that style of eyes before and i may just try it out on one of my characters. my characters usually have the basic "Lucky Star" kinda feel to them and a head shape similar to "Love Hina" or "The Melencholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" kind of feels. I've never really seen a style like yours and i noticed that you took longer on the head than you did on the body x3 I usually do that though your characters figured seems a bit more natural than mine. The plain white background sets off the picture and draws my eyes back again to the characters hair x3 i really like the hair though i can never seem to get it that way. I'm very envious of you you're a very amazing artist i hope you draw more pictures thank you for the envy maybe I'll go watch some fma brotherhood or something

This is really good! I've always envied people who can draw anime. But if you're really looking for microsofic inimportant details then I'd have to say that his eyes are a little to wide, they looked stretched out. And his head is a kinda off centered, like his chin doesn't seem to be in the middle of his head. But besides that, it's amazing.
