To everyone who's not sure how to post a picture, the simplest way if probably through service such as imageshack.us. It allows you to resize your picture in the process, as well as control over your pics once you upload them - you ca delete them later or keep them in different albums, and so on and so forth. Also, registering is free, and doesn't take long.

As for how to upload it and put it here, I'll just go with a quote, since cC explained it already:
