Hello All!! :D My name is Abhishek Misra and I have just joined YWS. From what I've explored so far, I've found this forum very interesting. Although since I'm a newbee here, I would need your help to navigate around and understand this forum so that I can be an active contributor.

Hey there! I'm Searria, or Sea. Whichever. :) Welcome to YWS! *confetti* :elephant:
I'm glad you're enjoying yourself so far. If you have a question, you might find it at the Information Desk ( YWS-All Forums-Information Desk) or you can ask a Mod (the people in green), and any user would be very happy to help, I'm sure.
What sort of things do you like to write?
Do you have any favourite authors?
If you have any questions or just want to chat, I'm dirt easy to find. :D
I'll see you around. Happy writing!

Hey Abhishek. I'm guessing you're Indian, right?
Nice to see more Indians around.
You'll find YWS a really interesting place. People here are real friendly, and there is always something going on. You can head down to the Community Forums and Chat to socialize and meet people, or make your first post. Feel free to ask me anything you want.

Hey Abhishek!
Welcome to YWS!
As Tr3x said, nice to see another Indian. :D

I hope you've found your way around YWS. If not, feel free to bug me.
So, what do you like to write? And what do you read? Me, right now, I'm exploring literary fiction and lots of sci-fi.

Have fun exploring YWS!
Cheers!

Hi there, Abhi!

YWS is truly a good site. I think you'll really enjoy it here. Naturally, it's dedicated to writing, however we really push reviewing works. YWS kind of runs along the expression, "Give a little, get a little." Posting something costs "points" and you can re-earn some points by reviewing things. You get more points for the bigger and better the review! It's kind of awesome.

Also, we have various other things, like a chat and also writing tips and games. I dare you to check it all out in the Community forums!

Any questions, don't hesitate to drop me a line. :D

Yours,
Lavvie

Hi Abhishek! :D

Well... if you click "Discover Works" you'll find out where all the literary stuff is! Right now, we just had review day, so you couldn't submit any of your awesome stories and poems, but in a couple of minutes, you'll be allowed to submit your works!

And there's a bunch of other interesting things about this site but... well.... it's kind of hard to explain! You can find a good overview of everything if you click the question mark on the top right. Also, if you have any specific questions, you can always bug me. :)

Have fun exploring! :D
