Hi Jessa! So I guess from your note at the bottom and all the congratulations that you're getting married - so congratulations! That's a big deal; I wish you well. :D

One thing that bugged me (besides the bare/bear thing, but Snoink's got that one covered) was this:
I feel a kick from below, now the size of a large balloon.

Immediately I assumed that she was pregnant, which is why she was getting married, but then you noted that everyone seems to assume the only reason you're getting married is because you're pregnant - and you're not. On the one hand, I sort of like the idea of a balloon, because an inflated balloon under someone's shirt would LOOK like a baby, but be filled with nothing but hot air. On the other hand, I didn't think of that until later, and immediately assumed the speaker was pregnant. So I'm not sure what you intended there, but I just wanted to give you some insight into the impression I had gotten.

Here's a small fix:
The pedals sprinkled on the floor, disappear with every stride.

Petals, not pedals, and missing a space before disappear. I wasn't sure if anyone had caught that yet.

Last thing:
I smile at the mention of you,and try to seize my tears.

"seize my tears" was a weird image for me. I get what you're saying, and I'm glad you tried to say it a different way, but I think you could use a better word here. I had this sudden image of a bride crying and trying to catch all her tears and tripping all over her dress, and it kind of killed the moment for me.

All in all, though, I enjoyed it. I haven't been on YWS in forever, so thanks for a fun first read back. And congrats again on getting married!

I like it! The thing you say sound like you've really experienced it, when you wrote it on the plane. The only thing I can say, when you said kick in your stomach, I thought you were pregnant too. It mildly confused me. Thanks for the read! :)

I really love this.
Just one thing.
I feel a kick from below,
now the size of a large balloon.

I don't really understand what this is supposed to mean? Baloon meaning a very large bottomed dress, or...?

The church is covered in flowers,
shades of purple and green.
A dream come true for a woman,
walking at seventeen.

I really, really, reaaaally, love this ending. Beautiful :)

You're very talented! Best of luck at your wedding(:

Awwwwww this is so cute! I love love love how you ended it by saying your age! I was like omg! Also, I must admit that i did assume that you were pregnant, but I'm so glad that you told us you weren't for the simple fact that this is PROOF that love can be found when we are teenagers :) it was Beautiful

Keep on Writing

You needed to add a comma, and capitalize Mommy and Daddy, and 'pedals' should be 'petals'. :D Otherwise, it was great!!!
