This is actually pretty good! It'd be nice if you could blend the fur a little more and add a little texture that way (also adding light and dark contrasts on the fur), but this was still pretty good.

So this is pretty good! You actually have a pretty good base, and it looks a lot like the picture.
Like Story Weaver said before me, you could add highlights and shadows in his fur, which would help. I have some tricks for you for this. So for highlights, you can go with a very small and tin eraser and erase lines and spot that need some light in it. You can see in the photo that there's lighter parts in his fur, and you mostly did this in your drawing as well, but you also need to make the shadows a little bit darker. Don't be afraid to really go in there with you pencil and go dark. It will help with the contrast and give your drawing a little bit more life. Normally, when you do shadows, you should use a pencil that's a little bit darker, like a 6 or 7B.
I think you have the light points pretty good, and you really need to work on the shadows. It will help a lot.
Also, if you could add texture by passing your eraser (small and tin again) in lines in the darker spot to make it look like some fur is taking the light could help too.
Hope I helped and it's really good. You did a great job.

Hi there! I really like your drawing! It resembles the picture of the dog above very well. I do agree with the other comments. I can't really point out any other mistakes since I'm not really above the amateur level. Anyways, I really like your drawing and you should keep practicing and posting more! I'd really like to see more!
