Hey! I'm not trying to sound like a bragger but.. I really want to make more friends on this site... -.- I can let you know about me if you'd like. So.. I hope there are plenty of you people out there that comment! I want to make out a few things, I'm Julia and I'm 14 and I'm very shy.. xD

Well, I probably might fall under the older people category, but, gosh, am I scared to turn 20. I'm just hoping we skip past December this year. But in my head, I'm a kid who loves licking ice cream off fingers.

Don't worry about age so much, as Eab said. You'll notice on YWS age tends to disappear when you're talking to people. I'm friends with people 5 years older and younger than me (and nearly every age in between!). But it's great cause we can all help each other out.

Best way to get known is just post! Also, check out the chat room on the home page. It's a great way to meet everybody.

By the way, I'm Skorp. Welcome to YWS! I promise you, it's awesome on here. Like the others said, age really isn't mprotatn here. At 13, I'm right at the bottom of the age range, yet some of my best friends on here are right up at the top. Age really doesn't matter.

You can be friends with me I'm a pretty shy person myself in person, which is why I'm always on the internet. I find socializing over the internet to be much more comfortable than in real life. Not to mention, it can also really help establish social skills.
