"Why! Why won't they come!!?" He says to himself, "What is wrong with those young fairies, why won't they come to school!!?" The principal of 'Fairyland high' talks to himself out loud. He kicks the snow on the ground, they splatter around. He keeps on walking.
"What does 'That place' have that my school doesn't?! Why would they bunk on a Monday!! Ugh! I have to find a way to make them interested in school again!", he keeps talking to himself in his royal British accent.
The ground is covered in tender, white snow as far as you can see, there are one or two pine trees scattered around here and there, a typical winter morning in fairyland. There is no other person then the principal anywhere in the horizon, the whole place is deserted. Only the principal is seen, walking grumpily in his black backless suit and white shirt with a black tie. His hair well oiled, and his mustache finely brushed.
Suddenly, another figure appears far away in this deserted scene, also wearing black suit, white shirt. "Is that one of my students?" The principal thinks to himself, as the figures appearance seems similar to the students uniform.
But as the figure draws closer, the principal realizes that he is wrong, it couldn't be a fairy, even in someones dreams! Because it was nothing but a mere penguin!! The principal feels awfully stupid for mistaking this mere creature for one his students! The penguin keeps walking closer to the principal.
He starts talking to the penguin when it comes close to him, "So, are you bunking school too today? Like all my students?" He doesn't know why he is talking to it when it is pretty obvious that the penguin can't understand him, "Well sir, if you are, you should be punished for that."
Out of the blue, he kicks the poor penguin. The penguin falls on its side, but thanks to the snow, it doesn't get hurt. The principal puts his foot back on the ground and smiles, "That ought to teach you a lesson." He curls his mustache.
But the most surprising thing happens just then, the penguin starts to talk, "Yo ******, are ya outta ya mind!? What do you do that for!?"
The principal is shocked, "What outrageous magic is this!?"
"Magic? What!? Can't a penguin just talk?", he stands up.
"Well of course not, I have never seen a penguin talk in my life!", the principal replies.
"Well there ain't a lot of things you ain't seen in your life. But now, you kicked me, so now I kill you back!'
"WHAT!!! "
"Yo, ma homies!! Come and help me beat the **** out of this ******!"
"NOOOOOOOOO!!!"
The principal runs for his life while hundreds of flying penguins with jet packs chase him with bazookas.
And his students watch while laughing as they see the result of their *Little* experimenting of the new spell they learned from the homeless guy lying beside the junkyard.

You lack any back story. The plot is not meaningful, or interesting. Students playing a prank on their principle by sending a magic penguin to beat him up? Really? The principle seems like a naive and unnatural character.

"Out of the blue, he kicks the poor penguin. The penguin falls on its side, but thanks to the snow, it doesn't get hurt. The principal puts his foot back on the ground and smiles, "That ought to teach you a lesson." He curls his mustache. "
This makes no sense. No logical character would behave like this.
I'm sorry, but this is extremely poorly written. Also, bad use of punctuation.
Monday!!
This. Double exclamation marks. A no-no. Forever. They never add anything of value to a text. Never use them.
