Too bad you couldn't submit it. But, I'm glad I could help anyway. Those gimp files can be pretty tricky.
As for the cover itself... I like the idea of the stained-glass type feel, but I think this is a little rough. Your lines are a little wobbly in places, which makes it feel a little less professional than it could be. *tries to remember how you make straight lines in gimp*
I also like how the letters would kind of be cut-outs of that stained-glass type stuff, but again, they're a little wobbly, and they don't feel as professional as they could be. I know from experience how hard it can be to draw/write with a mouse or track pad, so I appreciate the attempt, though.
Too bad you missed the deadline. XD

I hate drawing with the mouse >:l. It's not that I missed the deadline( it was June 5th). I pmed Nate about the xcf thing and he told me that no more entries accepted.

Aww... Well, I like it. It does look a little unprofessional, but it's really hard to draw with a mouse, as you know. Silly mouse. I still haven't gotten around to getting a tablet. Anyways... I like the colors on this. -Dai
Oh, I wish I was punk-rocker with flowers in my hair.
That's the way, Jen! XD I haven't used GIMP in quite a while, but I knew there was a way that involved hitting some key...
