Hello there, everyone! I was just browsing around for a writing forum recently and decided that this one would fit me more, seeing I'm still pretty much of an amateur writer and critique would be most appreciated... I'm pretty much a fan of fantasy stories and read quite a fair bit of them, now getting closer to obsession (sadface).

Don't worry about being obsessed, some people here are extremely obsessed with certain stories or genres...not that I'm one of them. XD
When I first started reading, I was completely on fantasy, LOTR mostly, but now I even my reading out with Sci-fi and realistic fiction.

Yay fantasy! I share that addiction with you. It's just so fun to write fantasy, isn't it? And I'm sure you'll find plenty of others here who share the same love of the genre.

I really enjoy fantasy as well. Such an interesting genre, right? xD

Personally, I prefer writing and reading short stories when they're digital since having to stare at a screen all day is rather hard on my eyes... I do enjoy thrillers, too, which was what I was reading before I actually went into fantasy. It's quite intriguing =o

There's so much to do here. I wouldn't really worry about feeling amateur or anything. Spend enough time here and you'll find yourself starting to improve and get better with your writing. You'll probably help many others improve in the process. I guarantee it actually.

If you ever need anything, don't hesitate to ask me. I'd be glad to help you out with anything concerning the site. Same goes if you're ever in need of a review.
