Even in Rain

Please tell me what you think :3
At first it started out as a proportions test, but then I got frustrated, so I scaled it down, and now it's just a minor proportions test ;P
It's cute, ne?

Very nicely done, dudette. Nicely done. There's a lot of motion in that and the eyes--ah, just wonderful. They look so fuzzy-edged and highlighted and stuff, the sort of stuff that tends to elude me because I'm generally a rather mechanical artist.

And you can draw feet. I would envy you if that wasn't--eh.

Otherwise, suggestions:

1. More wrinkles in the dress perhaps? Depends on the fabric, but...yeah.

2. Smaller rain drops on the umbrella.

3. ...Pants? Trousers? Leggings? Something so she can do BA flips and shiz without all the s-guys in the near vacancy staring compulsively? ...Or not. This is manga we're talking about. Girls tend to be objectified. (No offense. I just find a lack of clothing worrisome. For pesky personal reasons. Ignore me.)

4. ...She has serpents on her legs? The water drops should probably be smaller there, too. Unless she has water-based snakes on her legs. (Maybe they're mercury-snakes and she controls them to go and poison people? That would be epic.)

Anyway, those are my (rather blunt, sorry) critiques and odd comments, obviously.

Otherwise, very good in general and I hope to see more.

this is so cute! I absolutely love the pika suit =]]] Its a nice touch and I think you're proportions are right on. I like the hand reaching out, its almost life like. Very well done indeed =]

I really love this This is so awesome.
I'll tell you what I love about it.
#1 The pika hat (or wait, is it a hood?) and tail. Adorable.
#2 The amazing amazing eyeballs. It looks like something created on a computer program, except you drew it by hand.
#3 Her expression... just cute!
#4 The raindrops. I actually love how they were big and wet, they just look great.
#5 Uh, everything else.

I would say color it, but then I would probably be too afraid of coloring something as good as this in fear that I would mess it up, so it's up to you! I picture her in a light pink sweater and a yellow pika hat.
The feet are probably not perfectly proportioned, but for some reason I really like the super small size and angle of them, so don't worry about it.
One hand is teensy, and the other is mammoth sized. But they are both well drawn and detailed! Just, not the same size x)
(I see the giant hand erased in the background xD )

Overall, this is totally awesome. Keep it up!

I've actually seen a hoodie like this and I want it so bad.

I think what would imporve this would be more shading on the legs and maybe on the ground behind her (her shadow).
Other content would be awsome too, like if there were a mob of pikas behind her (variations of evolved levels)

Also her legs look almost malnurtious, but since its anime-ish I guess it makes sence.

Purportions are really important and body relations such as the arms spread eagle should be the length of the body, hand as big as the face, things like that. Her hand gripping the umbrella is a littel small.

Her outstretched hand, you cant see enough of her arm and it almost looks as if it's growing out of her shoulder.

But it really is a great work. Keep up the FaWsOmE work haha.
