Did you do it from a photograph? You have a very precise style and I imagine it would be hard to draw that with a mirror, because your model would be moving. ^_^
Anyhow, like I say, I think this is really great. The proportions look right on, and I don't know what you actually look like (obviously!) but I think it looks really realistic. I love the way you did the shading on the face--it really helps give shape to the nose and the cheeks, making the face not appear flat. I also think you did a good job on the hand. Hands are notoriously difficult to draw, and yours looks incredibly realistic. Really well done!
My only critique about this would be that it looks a little... dull. It's kind of muted, and almost fuzzy-looking. Part of this, I'm sure, is your camera/scanner, because the picture seems to be slightly out of focus. But another part of it is that your tones are all similar. It's all the same sort of washed-out-looking gray. I'd suggest you add in some really dark darks in the shadowy places to make the brighter parts pop out more. For example, see that section of hair just under the left side of her face (or the right, for viewers)? It's the same color as the hair on the top of her head. But if you made it a little darker, especially right up against where her jaw is, then that would really help her face pop out more as well as adding tone to her hair.
Also, her ear seems a little odd to me--maybe it needs more detail? It looks a little stub-ish.
But overall, this is really nice! You have a lot of talent. :]

Heyy there =]. I totally love this! I don't see much of anything wrong with it, but then again it would be great if you posted an actual picture so we have something to compare to. Overall nicely done. Good shading, descent proportions and such. Nice work =]
