I am really getting tired of these stupid dreams. This one wasn’t as scary as the other ones but just as creepy. I was in a room it was dark all around and the only thing I could see was a long table, like one of those things a judge sits at but way longer. And there were six people in dark silk cloaks sitting at the table. I don’t know how but I knew who they were, Felix and Halo, the leaders, then Japen and Marro, the second in command, and last Napa and Kayan, the youngest. These six people make up the Council of the Elders of Ashen, or you may know them as the De Zeitlos. Before them, a man stood with his hand spread wide in a plea for forgiveness.
“Forgive me Elders, I did not mean to let it happen.” The man sobbed; he was human.
“You let him discover his powers, how do you not let that happen?” Felix spoke and I could almost swear the ground rumbled; Felix had blondish reddish hair with green eyes and was very muscular.
“I know, I know, it’s just that he’s apart of this world and the Sacred Grounds called him. You put us too close to the Doors. He’s just a child; how could I lie to a child.” The old man seemed so generous, and yet he has a darkness to him that I couldn’t just dismiss.
“Oh, so now it’s our faults that he discovered his powers, even though he’s under your care, Gardien.” I recognized that name, he is the guard of children who have been prophesized to do horrible things, and those children are never to know of their powers. Ever.
“No, no, no; that’s not what I meant. What I was trying to say was that the prophecy is too strong, if you don’t kill the child it will come true.” The man looked haunted and tired.
“No, the child will remain alive.” Felix said.
“Felix, you have to be kidding,” Japen said; he has jet black hair with eyes to match them, he had a very harsh voice it kinda made you feel like you did something wrong and guilty, he looked to his partner for wisdom, Marro, she had bright blond hair, blue eyes and big red lips. He started to talk again “Why would you want to keep this kid alive, all he is, is a curse to Ashen. We will all be doomed if he lives. Just tell me one thing, Felix, why?” Japen didn’t look angry but disappointed; Felix looked away, unable to answer the question; but Halo with her bronze hair, tan skin, bright blue eyes, full lips, and long legs, with a look that sometimes made you want to melt and other times wanted to die; stood up,
“Because he is our . . . . . . son, mine and Felix’s.” She said with such fierceness that it made you want to run, you could hear a gasp from everyone in the room, even the Gardien.
“How could you?” Napa said he had brown hair with brown eyes and a soft loving voice, on the other hand his partner Kayen has soft mocha skin with golden hair and green eyes that looked like they had more knowledge then her years could have provided her with. “It is against ancient law for any of the elders to bear child, how could you two have been so stupid? This child will bring Ashen to her end, and I’d bet earth too; Ashen’s downfall will be your fault’s, that child will have to die.” Napa finished, and finally Felix spoke, but the words that elders dreaded most,
“My child will not die; he will remain in the human world and will never know of his fate. Is that understood. Good. The council has spoken the boy will continue as he was.” Felix stood and so did the rest of the council and walked away, just as they have done in so many other cases; but this one will cause the world more pain than imaginable.

This time I didn’t wake with a cold sweat, but a shiver down my spine. I got up out of the bed and walked to the window, it was early morning about five, then I noticed there was a couple out side my window, they were dancing to a beat only heard to them. Then I saw who they were; they were Natalie and Milo. And for some reason this calmed me to see them together again, to see us all together again, accept one, Armond. I walked over to my bed and thought of him.

I got up an hour later to round our group up; I walked down stairs in a casual black-brown wrap around one sleeve leather shirt, black-brown pants and black-brown shiny leather boots. I found Natalie and Milo downstairs eating bagels, since when do taverns serve bagels; I decided not to ask them about this earlier morning,
“Sup guys, where’s Tod?” Not that I care but I did accept him in to the group.
“Here we got you a bagel; I don’t know where Tod is maybe in his room. Why?” Natalie said.
“Because we will have to leave soon, while I go get Tod will ya’ll wrap up the food and pull the horses around?”
“Yeah.” Natalie said.
I walked off to get Tod. I walked up the stairs and down the hall and knocked on Tod’s door and walked in,
“Tod, we have to g. . . . . . what in the world are you doing?” Tod was laying on top of that pretty blonde from last night, naked.
“Well I can see that your preoccupied at the moment so just finish up and come on downstairs.” I walk back down the hall leaving the door open behind me.
“You could at least close the door!” Tod yelled,
“You could at least keep it in your pants!” I yelled back. I walked out side to Milo and Natalie.
“So what’s Tod doing?” Natalie asked.
“A pretty blonde.” I said getting my bagel and got on my horse ready to go.
“This is a pretty good bagel.” I said as Milo fell on the ground laughing.
“What’s so funny?” Tod said casually walking out of the tavern buttoning up his shirt; and Milo just laughed harder.
