I was definitely in a particular mood when I drew this... eh, I know what it means, but the interpretation is up to you! :D
This surprisingly only took me an hour to draw. That's all the time I had before a rehearsal, so the lines are rough, but I didn't feel it was right to go back and change it.

Unfortunately, I don't like this piece as much as your others. Let me explain why.
The lighting on the hair is point one.
You have one circle of light on the top of the head. Good. However, you have two other areas of light near the bottom of the hair. This signifies that the hair waves back and gets hit by some light. However, her hair is very straight, it shouldn't be curved like that.
The other point was that the pupil-less eye was a little weird. But I think you did that on purpose.
I did like the lines of the hair, though, nicely drawn. :D

Hey,
I suck at interpretations so I'm going to dive right in to being nitpickedy. Eep, she has no pupils! It's a little eery and it makes her look empty. Darn you! I can't find anything else except for the fact that she is a floating head. Awesome, you should draw a body!

MOVE OVER EDWARD HOPPER! The world now has the BlackSheep! haha. Seriously, when will you ever stop astounding me with fantastic artwork? Top-to-bottom, here we go!

I don't think the lines on the hair are rough at all! They look very in-proportion, thick and thin exactly where they should be! I'm jealous that I can't draw hair that well, haha.

Ooh, what a moody and dark looking face! I'm sure that's what you were going for, and I like it a lot! The lack of pupils really emphasizes the darkness of the mood, I think it's good that you left them out. The lines around the eye look great, an the shape of the head ties it all together very well.

You're probably tired of my rambling about how great your art is by now, but if you keep posting new art, I can keep posting new words! Sound like a plan? haha :D

Eeep. The eyes like anime-ish.

Hmm..... tis good. Did you mean for the hair to look like that? It looks like a bunch of thick strands instead of ....how do I say this? One mass? None of that sounds right, but do you understand what I'm saying? Some people's hair is like that, so it's fine. I was just wondering if you meant it to look that way. (Also, I suck at phrasing today. :|)

Did you mean for there to be so much shading by her mouth? It looks as though she got some food on it, or something. :p

And what are those thin lines just above her eyebrows? They look like small scars, or threads, or even like she has two diagonal staples in her skin... O.o

And I do like her hair. It looks soft, the way you drew it--nice shading. I only just now noticed how you did that. :p

I kinda love the way you draw eyelashes. They look.... feathery.

Though the bottom one almost looks as though it's disconnected--like it's just a bit too far out from the eyelid. (This is only on close inspection, though.)

...the fact that the lip isn't connected to the chin by a firm line bugs me a bit, but that could be a style issue rather than a skill issue.

On the the whole, this is really beautiful.

I like the texture and the emotion behind it. Angry, frustrated, tired, fed up?

1)One thing though, is that it is hard to pinpoint where the lighting is coming from exact;y, since there are 3 possibilities.

2) Since the hair around the ears and the bangs are so curled, should the back be curly as well? They look too straight compared to the rest of the hair.

3) You know what I am going to say lol. The eyes. They are hollow, and look more like anime-eyes. I don't know if that's what you were going for, or if it just goes with the mood.

But in the end, it is quite lovely.
