New; or maybe not?

I'm pretty sure I used to have an account here, but I can't remember the details. So I made a new one!

Anyway, I'm pretty much new regardless.

I write fantasy/thrillers, amongst others. Mostly stories, though I am interested in writing poetry as well. I'm not a great writer... but there's always room for improvement, right?

Anyhow, if you have any random things you'd like to know, feel free to ask. Just thought I'd stop by and say 'Hi'.

Hey there Moestitia, I guess this is a welcome back to YWS then! I'm glad you decided to give it another go

And don't judge your writing so harshly! That's our job Seriously though, you're young and I'm sure if you compare yourself to the average person your age, you'll be an excellent writer because you're actually working to improve. Talent is something that develops over time annd one day yoou'll look back and think, 'Yeah I wasn't great, but I was good enough to get myself to where I am now'.

Something you might find handy is the [url=url=http://www.youngwriterssociety.com/topic20053.html]buddy system[/url]. That's where new members are able to select a mentor (one of our more experienced members) to show them around the site. It's great for if you're feeling lost or have a few questions or are even just looking for an extra companion. They also review some of your writing within the first month so if noothing else you get a little help with your writing.

Hey Jas! I'm sure you're a great writer, I'll definitely check some of it out. Great questions by the way, here it goes...

1. Do you like cucumbers?
Definately. Unless they are pickled; ew. But normal cucumbers are yummy!

2. What's your favorite book?
Hm, that's a hard one. There are loads of books I love, and even more that I'd love to read but haven't. Kushiel's Dart is probably one of my favorites, along with books by Anne Rice.

3. Who's your favorite politician?
I can't stand politicians, to be honest. Or politics for that matter. There is too much that needs to be improved.

4. What's your opinion on the great Dr. Pepper vs. Pepsi Cherry debate?
Pepsi Cherry would have to be the winner. Though I've never had Dr. Pepper. They don't sell it here in Australia.

5. Have you posted anything yet so I can review it?!
Not yet! But I'm on it.

6. How many countries have you been to?
Just Australia, though I gave a giant list of places to go - Scandinavia, England, California, etc. etc.

7. What's your favorite band?
I adore Tristania (well, their older work). You can't beat Opera metal!

Hehe, I've never really thought about it. But it does sound nice there - I'll have to add it to my list!

I'm more of a Demonia kind of girl.

10. When did you start writing?
The first time I distinctly remember writing a story was back in primary school. We had to make a storybook; mine was about a mermaid. It was far from spectacular, but since then I've always enjoyed writing.
