Its a bit like a hallmark card, and has a bit of a crazy rhyming scheme.
Dear Momma,
You taught me how to talk,
showed me how to walk;
helped me learn how to read,
All the basics I would need.
You showed me what was wrong
and what was right.
How to love
and how to fight
There is really no way to thank you
For all my messes you have cleaned,
But at least I can thank you
For making me, me.
Now that I have grown
I have realized that you are strong
Tears you’ve never shown,
and how you’ve put up with us for so long.
You’ve always been dependable
Even though keeping me was a gamble.
At times I was unthankful
You always remained faithful.
So, thank you Momma
For holding my hand
and trying to understand.
I will always love you
To the moon and back.
