Unavailable is a beautiful word
I am
Unavailable
My tongue curves around the word
It makes me grin
Softly, but uncontrollably

I twirl and let my skirt flutter around me
I feel beautiful
I am beautiful
Sorry boys
You can look and you can dream
But it is puerile futility
I belong to someone else
I am
Unavailable

See that boy with the wide mouth
And the big brown eyes
And the messy hair
Sorry girls
You can point and you can giggle
But you’d better stay away
All six feet belong to me
He is
Unavailable

Hello! I really like this poem. I really like how you center on the word unavailable. For example,

"Unavailable is a beautiful word
I am
Unavailable
My tongue curves around the word"

I even like the imagery in the poem especially the last line in the example above, "My tongue curves around the word." Another example is

"It makes me grin
Softly, but uncontrollably
I twirl and I feel beautiful"

This really shows the imagery, too. However, I think you should use imagery a bit more because the poem is a bit more abstract than concrete. For example, you can say "I spin as if I'm dancing and feel like a goddess or a teenage idol." Another example is that you could explain more about how you feel about the word unavailable and how you think other people feel about it. For example, you could say, "For others, unavailable makes them feel like the window of opportunity shut in front of their faces." The poem just needs a bit more imagery.

However, I like the theme of the poem which is love. I even like the last verse.

"See that boy with the wide mouth
And the big brown eyes
And the messy hair
Sorry girls
You can point and you can giggle
But you’d better stay away
He is
Unavailable
He belongs to me"

This verse is so cute and funny! I also like how there is a lack of punctuation. I think the lack of punctuation lets the poem flow easily, although, I think you should add just a bit more punctuation to contain the poem a little because for other people, it might be too confusing or something. Overall, it's a good poem! Keep up the good work!

If you move this to the end of this stanza, the poem would have more of a form. Right now it has a sort of from its just iffy.

I really liked this poem. The repitition was effective and I couldn't help but smile as I was reading it. I've been reading quite a lot of depressing poems lately, and this was a nice change!!

Ha! Very cute, I like it the way it is. The imagery was sharp and your attitude was very confident and interesting.
